I just saw Dr Ehrhardt for the first time today and was FLOORED by my appointment!! He was WONDERFUL and really listened to me, and truly helped me have hope that there is some answers and relief and life ahead of me that doctors in the past had seemed to overlook. I’m so beyond thankful and so happy I got put with him. I will for sure be referring my family and anyone that comes to our office to him! Did not follow up after ordering a major test. Tried calling the office since there wasn't even a note added to my chart, which was impacting other doctor options. Doc office refused to schedule a follow-up, couldn't even see I had testing done in their office, and the doctor refuses to update anything. Even my pcp office attempted to get an update and couldn't. This is by far the worst office experience I've had with all umhw services. I was sad that I had to find a new neurologist when mine was unable to come back from medical leave but I was referred to this office by my PCP and couldn't be happier. Originally I was scheduled with someone else but ended up with Dr. Ehrhardt, he does things very similar to the neurologist I had previously and I am thrilled to say the migraine issue has been the best it has ever been. He is a no-nonsense kind of doctor and I like it. Thank you to Dr. Ehrhardt for making a huge positive impact on my life.
