My partner had a consult regarding wisdom teeth removal. The Dr. Yates kept her waiting for over an hour. When she finally got to see him, she asked simple questions about what needed to be done. He was very short and rude with his replies. She said she felt he was being a little rude, especially since she’s not a doctor, and is genuinely curious about what needs to happen. I was super nervous to get my wisdom tooth extracted and Dr. Yates was amazing. He was super personable and really made me feel at ease. I was on laughing gas and he joked and laughed with me when I’m sure now that nothing was funny. Lol. I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. I would definitely want to go back to Dr. Yates If and when I need another tooth pulled.
Could not have gone any better. I would go to him any day. I had no pain and the staff was amazing
This was the worst dental experience that I have ever had. I was not numb when he started the extraction and expressed doubt to my numbness. He began anyway. I heard a "saw" noise and then extreme nerve pain that made me scream. He got mad at me for screaming and moving my legs. Understand that this was sudden extreme pain. This continued off and on until the procedure was finished. He had to give me extra shots to get me numb(not his fault), but no sympathy.Will never go there again.
I have never been to him myself but he has been doing my family teeth four years I already know he does good work so when I need a surgeon dentist he Will be my first call
