Very cold Person.When talking to a Dr. I like to talk to someone that is friendly and engaging in the conversation, this Dr. Was having a bad day !
Dr Norbeck was very helpful and explained everything so you understood what he was saying. I now have pain relief in my knee. I am glad my Internist recommended him.

He always seems rushed. First visit he spent maybe 5 minutes with me and decided to give me a cortisone injection which didn't help. I went back and this time was maybe two or three minutes that he spent with me. I asked about a CAT scan for my knee damaged by a gout attack which wasn't treated by Christ advocate hospital for 2 and 1/2 weeks while I was in there. I called today to see about the CAT scan and was told that the form was not filled out right So now I'll have to call his office again to get the form filled out co... read more

Dr Norbeck helped me and my wife. He listened well to our concerns and was able to get rid of our pain in 2 office visits and get us back to doing what we love! He was right on time and we got in right away. He explained everything in term we could understand.
Dr Norbeck was very helpful. He listened to all my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions in language I could understand. He was kind and compassionate, and was interested in helping me avoid surgery if possible. I like that!
I waited 45 minutes for 5 minutes off his time. He rattled off his recommendation so quickly and stood up to leave. As I wasn’t asking questions he had his hand on the doorknob with the door open as if he didn’t but have time for my questions. He didn’t explain a thing. Very poor bedside manner. Then no one came to bring me a braves and after waiting for 15 minutes I went into the hall to find someone myself.
Doesn't address your concerns, does not spend necessary time with you explaining issue. He was very rude making it seem like I was wasting his time. He definitely made it seem as he didn't believe my pain/symptoms. I wouldn't be spending time and money if I was not dealing with these issues. I will not be back, his staff was ok one lady either in billing or not sure what department was definitely rude too.
