I made an appointment months ago for my 91 year old sister. I completed all online requests., confirmed appointment. Appointment was today at 11:30am. We were coming from South of the city, traveling on 285, got lost about 2 times. We'll, finally found it 11:30, my sister on a walker waited at the sidewalk while I parked.
