I had an appointment scheduled for today I was unaware of. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule the last few due to not being able to find childcare and at one point had the flu. I have four small children. My husband rescheduled my last appointment for the same day as his recently so that I could go see the dr while he sits with our children. Doctors are not bad but office staff is horrible. This is the third time in the past couple of years that I've made an appointment and they've changed it without notifying me. The woman who makes the appointments is extremely rude. When they changed my appointment this time I called and asked her why they changed my appointment and her response was "Well do you have the card? Nobody here is perfect".
