Dr. David Hartigan is highly educated and has enormous expertise in his field. His credentials are 2nd to none. But the biggest reason I trust him is because he is a good hearted man with Christian values and he listens to his patients and their needs. Dr Hartigan is looking out for your best interest. Dr. David Hartigan was polite, insightful, organized and provided helpful and detailed information at my first office visit @ TCO, regarding my hip issues. Taking the first hip xray was essential. Staff were also intuitive, helpful, organized and provided necessary information for me to review to make a personal future decision about surgery.
