Called twice to set up an appointment. Dr. Blakeslee never returned my calls. It would be polite if in the future he would at least return a call, even if he doesn't want to take on the client.
Dr. Blakeslee is by far the best psychologist I have ever known. If we still lived in the Portland area, I would certainly recommend him as an expert to help someone in a crisis. His voice was always calm and comforting when I was coming unglued. He was so wise and helped us repair our marriage, and if yours needs help....he's the man for the job!
My husband and I saw Dr. Blakeslee ten years ago. Anytime I hear of, or know of, any one who needs counseling, especially marital counseling, I recommend Dr. Blakeslee. He's highly professional and at the same time compassionate and caring. His knowledge and insight were amazing and he was able to counsel and guide us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other.
