The only good thing about this place is the doctor. He’s awesome and very knowledgeable. I think that’s what these reviews are referring to. Unfortunately, the staff is extremely grumpy and unfriendly. Some had poor communication skills. If possible, I hope to see the doctor in a different office with a different staff.
Dr. Auer is a phenomenal doctor!!! If I can give him 10 stars I would. I can't believe some of the 1 star reviews I'm reading. It seems if people expect to come to the doctor and get FREE visits or expect for things to go their way. So I we... read more
2 weeks ago I went in to this Dr as my PCP. This was my first time seeing him. I needed a prior authorization for meds and a service. Dude was on some kinda ego trip I guess. He wanted to put me on several meds that were unnecessary. I refuse to be a human pharmacy so I declined. He stated that since "we" didn't "like" one another, I should find another Dr w in 30 days. I personally don't have a reason not to like a Dr unless they've done something unethical to me. I just simply refused to hop on board to the 10 different me... read more
