Office staff was rude and when I tried to explain their errors they hung up on me twice, and cancelled my account when I tried to talk to Dr Auer

Great Physician! I would recommend him without any reservations.
Dr Auer has been our family doctor for 21 years. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is proactive in his treatment. His staff is wonderful. Whenever I have been very ill and needed to see him he has always made time to work me in. That is invaluable. I have never had to wait long for my appointment once I arrive. I am very blessed to have him as my doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Auer's for 20 years, as recommended by a West Houston nurse who found him thorough. He does not prescribe antibiotics quickly. He listens to you (though I argue at times). After I had cancer, he did not consider me "dead," but instead proactively tested me for plaque and put me on statins, which may have benefited longevity, based on later findings in cancer genes. He has called me when informed of visits with other medical pros to stay current and offer advice!.
Dr Sure is wonderful. He really listens to you and takes his time with you. He does not rush his time with you. He is a caring doctor.
For sound medical advice, Dr. Auer is one of the best doctors I have ever experienced (I am 73). Besides knowing so much about keeping healthy, he is always willing to take whatever time you desire.
