David DeSantiago service was a 0/10. I was mistreated and disrespected. I came to him seeking an answer to my question. He was not at all helpful and even became argumentative. Not to forget he is condescending as well. He offered no real solution to my issues only excuses. I was met with aggression and arrogance. He even thought it was okay to raise his voice at me.
