I’m sorry to say my experience was very negative. The level of desperation that people are in, often times, when they get to the point where they call an attorney is a miserable position to be in & it’s necessary in these moments to be met with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, when I called this office to ask for some very basic information and guidance (I was willing to pay for a consultation or phone call even), the receptionist was so incredibly rude.
