I had an eye emergency and my regular eye doctor was out of town. I walked into Essential Eye and from the start they were amazing! I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr Amani was outstanding! She took my needs seriously, explained things really well, related to my experience, explained the game plan and scheduled a follow up. I scheduled an appointment for acute changes in one eye. The earliest I could be seen was more than a week out. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was asked my name and phone number. One front desk person said to the other, referring to me with a nod toward me, "That's the one that didn't confirm." There was a lot of "that's really strange" from both front desk people talking to each other with every subsequent exchange, like I wasn't standing there. I’m in awe of this Eye Clinic! This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an eye exam. Service was professional from the moment I called the office to schedule an appointment, to walking through the doors for the first time and finally my eye exam and getting glasses. The technology is on point. I’ve never had such an intensive eye exam. Everyone in that office was terrific! My glasses were ready within days.
