This review isn't about Dr. Shepard or his care, since I haven't had the chance to see him - his front desk and scheduling team make sure of that before you even get in the door. All week, I left voicemails at every number listed on Wellstar's website trying to get scheduled with Dr. Shepard, including the one listed under Dr. Shepard's profile. Not a single call back. David Shepard is just plain good--I'm 80 and have had experience with dozens of docs--Shepard is the best: amazingly competent, excellent communicator, AND kind.
I want to that Dr. Shepard and his staff for the detailed consultation they provided to me and my wife. I am very grateful for their generous time. Dr. Shepard is very thorough and I believe that he and his staff will diagnose me correctly and find a cure for me.
