I've been seeing Dr. Berg for over 3 years now and he and his office staff are amazing. The office has a peaceful environment and Dr. Berg is knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and kind.
I’ve be fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Berg for over (10) years. Have been through treatment from normal back aches to car accidents. His office is always professional. But the #1 reason I will only see Dr. Berg is because he treats your issue for the appropriate amount of time. Everyone is down to earth and cares.
RecommendedDr. Berg is excellent at what he does. He’s not too rough and doesn’t over do it. Def recommend going. Works well with CDS insurance low co pay.
Dr. Berg is great and does a thorough job with each patient. The office staff on the other hand leaves much to be desired. I called yesterday and left a message with the front office to have billing call me as I am being double billed for services that I already paid for. I am still waiting for a call back. My recommendation is to keep each and every receipt so when they send you a statement you can show proof that each date was paid. Thankfully I paid each service with my FSA card showing proof
Total crook!! I am in the process of taking legal action. I have insurance but was going through a personal injury claim and he said not to use it so he could get the most money. They are now trying to drain our accounts. Stay far, far away. $1800 for a simple machine that vibrates every few seconds???? Treatment???

It is unfortunate you left us such a negative review. Hopefully we can clear up this misunderstanding. 1) Total of 1800 is not totally from us, maybe somewhere else. You owe us far less. 2)We tried several times to contact to you to resolve your bill. You never responded. 3)Treatment and fees you received were within the standard of care for chiropractic 4) Your 1 stars are solely related to us collecting your bill.
