He's a great physician! He has taken care of my entire family. Office staff is also great. Wait time is to be expected as there are very limited ENT's in Lubbock so many patients have to receive care.
Dr. Scolaro is fine, but I found his staff to be awful. They blatantly disregarded a specific request I made in terms of notification of test results thus I have no confidence in the entire practice.
He decided he could not help me and cancel my upcoming appointment because I did not like that my insurance would not allow for him to treat me fully and I canceled surgery as I had bad experiences where the doctors had to do the procedure more than once when that happen.
Very good doctor... explain everything and care for his patients.. professional.. friendly.. helpful.. doctor is amazing 5 star doctor.. but i would give the helping staff 1 star or even zero
Dr Cuthbertson was a Dr you would want to come back to .....HOWEVER.....the wait time in the waiting room is ridiculous....way too long. There were only 2 other people there when I went and they went back fairly soon and we still waited an hour to see the Dr. and we were the only ones in the waiting area.....
Dr. Cuthberson performed a thyroidectomy on me and also removed a parathyroid gland and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. He was very thorough, professional and incredibly kind. His bedside manner was impeccable. I felt completely confident with his skill and in recovery now, I am proof of his quality of work. I have minimal scarring if any and no pain. He's answered every question from start to finish and I feel extremely blessed to have had him as my ENT. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND
