Dr. Cullinane never can seem to remember anything about our health history or our last meeting without having his notes right in front of his face. He frequently gets our prescriptions wrong. It usually takes several phone calls between the pharmacy and the clinic to get them to get it right and they always have a laundry list of excuses; largely blaming us for their incompetence.
