The doctors here are wonderful however the front desk needs to learn customer service personality and ADA guidelines for the disabled. When asked for accommodations I was met with rudeness and ignorance and for proof of the disability.
Ashley is literally the worst receptionist ever. Extremely rude and not professional.
not happy with him at all, or his office. I am very disappointed that I have not heard from his office in over 8 months to do a check up or a down load of my pacemaker. will not be going back, and honestly. I would not want to depend on Dr Craig to save my life
Friendly office and doc always has it right.
not impressed at all. to busy to actually see his patient. I have been to his office 4 times and have only seen him once. I do not feel that I want to pay him DR's wages to see a nurse.and the office girls are not all friendly. so bad I do not want to go back and have to deal with the office girls. which is 1 reason among others I will find another Dr. not in that office
