I’ve been a patient of Dr Cox since August of 2024.. I was on a quest to find a Doctor who cares and listens to the concerns of their patients. I been seeing Dr Cox’s nurse practitioner Heather . She truly is one of the best Heather goes above and beyond to make sure you get the proper care and what ever treatment is necessary. She takes the time listening to your concerns about what’s wrong . She never tries to rush you out and hurry you along. It doesn't take long to get an appt for new patients. Your wait is very minimum when you arrive. You don't wait in the exam room long before your needs are addressed and after all of your concerns have been addressed, you are out the door. I don't know any other medical provider who gets you in and out as quickly as this office does AND all your needs have been addressed. Last but not least, your medications are normally waiting for you before you can drive back to the pharmacy. I rate this office as a 10 out of 10.
I was very impressed by the exceedingly friendly yet professional staff. Dr Cox was no disappointment either. Dr Cox was attentive and very like able and took the time to truly listen to me. I am comfortable Dr Cox will not rest until he systematically finds the source of anyones problems.He also has an easy manner and is quick to smile. If I could rate my first visit greater than 5 stars- I certainly would! Thank you Dr Cox and Staff
