The David Copperfield is in an amazing location where you can walk to everything the plaza has to offer. The apartments are very affordable, especially for the area, and the units themselves are very charming! I highly recommend!
You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope your future hotel is a failure. Displacing your tenants the week of Thanksgiving? Beyond disgusting. The city had approved the permit that PAC Investments LLC applied for in November of last year. When seeking that approval, owner Peter Caster told the city he would not displace tenants under his new business model.
I lived in this building for seven years. The location is unbeatable. Bruce was an incredible landlord who was always responsive and always around keeping the place clean and well maintained. We'd highly recommend renting here.
This is a great place to live. The landord is reasonable, willing to work with tenants with lease options, easy to get in contact with and responds quickly. The apartment is well maintained , and a resonable price. Enjoyed being in the city with a quiet, safe enviornment.
