I lived in this building for seven years. The location is unbeatable. Bruce was an incredible landlord who was always responsive and always around keeping the place clean and well maintained. We'd highly recommend renting here.
This is a great place to live. The landord is reasonable, willing to work with tenants with lease options, easy to get in contact with and responds quickly. The apartment is well maintained , and a resonable price. Enjoyed being in the city with a quiet, safe enviornment.
We lived in this charming apartment for over 5 years and have nothing but great memories of our time there. The historic value of the building definitely adds to the charm. Our favorite feature of our apartment was the beautiful sunroom, which has always received compliments from every guest we have hosted. The apartment's prime location on the west Plaza meant we had easy access to all the restaurants and shops all year round.
