Absolutely the rudest doctor I have encountered in my life. Refused to reschedule my daughter for an infected tooth extraction after rescheduling her first appointment. Office was unprepared, receptionist left early and my daughter waited an hour before anyone else even knew she was there. Dr Coates didn't want to bother staying late and made her reschedule.
