This company is awful be aware!!! They do not follow-up with you AT ALL. I had to follow-up on my case with any update. Brittany and Janae will always have an excuse as to why they can never call you back. They clearly don't have enough staff for follow ups , if someone is out. To top it off, I NEVER spoke with the attorney during this entire process! I haven't ever had a law firm where I do not speak with the attorney at all until it's time to pick-up my check. I received Mr. Ledyard magnet in the mail, and was actually about to throw it out when I got a call. I had a long conversation with the person who called me, then when I was done, I went back to sorting my mail. I had the thought that I should call him, and I did, that was a little over 3 years ago.
