Dr Chen is good doctor I’d recommend him, the staff and the experience as a patient of summit health to anyone
My mom (she’s in her 80s) has been seeing Dr. Chen for a few years, since her long time PCP retired. She’s had some health issues lately, and Dr. Chen and his staff have been really disappointing. The following is what I’ve learned: (1) Dr. Chen never calls his patients directly nor responds to messages sent via the patient portal.
