I've been a patient for 20 years and I wholeheartedly support him and his nurse (Sue). He takes the time to get back to me when necessary and honest with me when I needed to make lifestyle changes.
Terrible I had 4 visits with him over a year and half period, and I'm shocked at how he gets by with his behavior. He refuses to give more than a 6 month prescription which nets me 2 fills before I have to go in again. He says it's policy which is a lie since I've had it done for the past 18 years in the same network. I've heard other complaints and the management staff above him does nothing. He acts like he doesn't even care about what you have to say, it's just get them in and out as fast as possible.
Since these reviews don't allow enough space to fully explain what happened, I'll just say that if you dare question him about other options besides CPAP he will immediately think you are non-compliant, and will begin questioning you about your personal trauma history! Beware! Anyone who is intelligent and NATURALLY reluctant to using a CPAP for life will get a paternalistic, canned speech with the underlying assumption that your past history must be the reason for your resistance.
