Awful company. My insurance lapsed in November apparently. I was on auto payment, was told when I called a few minutes ago that corporate should of called me or emailed me. I never received any communication whatsoever. Allstate and this awful company just cost me a grand. I should of done my due diligence but good God November that's flat incompetence
