Waited 2 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes. Came out with alot of questions & concerns.
I can't say enough positive things about Dr. David Castillejos and the outstanding care he provided for my mom and our family throughout her cataract, surgery journey. I truly had high expectations for this optical office , it is very conveniently located, parking is ample, the front desk staff is very friendly and they give you appointments fairly quickly, however this does not make up for the wait times to be called in for your scheduled appointment, to arrive for eye exam and wait for over 3 hours is non acceptable, this happened to me twice, once for my self and I gave them another chance for my son. In my experience, as a patient dealing with various medical treatments, and it is quite lengthy, I can not say enough as to how pleased I am with Dr. David Castillejos and great staff at Eye Institute...
