The only issue i had was my blood work appointment t was at 1130 so got the e e at 1120 and wasn't seen until 110 pm. They were apologetic as they were short staffed. Never had proble.s before and I love this group.
Every single staff with whom I interacted @Intermaountain Cancer was top-notch. The receptionists are very good and efficient, the nurses and technicians take the time to make sure I'm properly cared for, and Dr Cassel really does care about me as a patient. If you have cancer, this is the ONLY place to go in the Intermountain West! (And yes, I've experienced other cancer institutes!)
My 87 year old father had an appointment with Dr Cassel. He's in very poor health and wheelchair bound and an 8am appointment is really hard for him. We asked if we could do a video appointment and were told no it was important he be seen in person. At the appointment the dr did not examine him and the appointment was just to tell us he didn't have cancer and they couldn't diagnose what's wrong with him.
