Dr. Carpenter has been my PC for almost 20 years. So you would think that when I scheduled my appointment in August, and seen by another doctor, that I would be considered an EXISTING patient. To my shock, my insurance company was billed for a NEW patient. Needless to say, I my insurance paid a certain amount but I'm being left with a $133.00 bill!! As a formal medical office employee this is unacceptable. I been trying to talk to someone in the office for 2 weeks, I have left messages and no one will answer or call back! I been seen once and with this experience I will be changing my PCP.
I have been going to HFP for many years and always seen a physician assistant or NP not that they weren’t good but never could get in with doctor which is fine. But omg I will DEFINITELY be requesting Dr Carpenter for all my appointments now he is so detailed and explain your health situation he is so amazing.
