I was very disappointed with my experience using this attorney for the purchase of my home. To start, he arrived approximately 15–20 minutes late to our closing, which wasn't a great first impression. More importantly, after closing I discovered that an $85 water bill belonging to the previous owners was still outstanding. This became an issue when the town refused to issue a permit for renovations on my home until the balance was paid.
