The worst bedside manner and roughest doctor ever. Dr. Caldwell did not care that he was hurting me during the ultrasound. I am 52 and have never been treated so badly by any doctor. He and his nurse were both rude and in a big hurry. Lacking in compassion and very unprofessional.
Dr. Caldwell has been a favorite physician in our community for years! He is excellent as a physician and surgeon. Not only am I a patient if his but have worked with him over 24 years at the hospital. I have never known a more caring physician than him. He makes sure his patients are taken care of 100%. I have never had any complaints about his care from any of his patients. His surgical patients are given his personal phone number to call if they have any problems! How many doctors do that!! Wonderful friendly staff. Dr Caldwell was efficient, answered my questions and even questions I didn't think to ask. His bedside manner was great since I don't go to an ob looking for a date or bff. he did his job, genuinely cared about my pain, healing and overall health while adjusting to hrt. To bad he isn't a family practitioner, I'd prefer to see him over any of my other doctors or specialist. : Alicia Harkins
Dr. Caldwell has been my doctor for 25 yrs. I don’t live near his office but have driven from Springdale At. just for my check ups. Yes, he is worth it. I don’t live but 2 hours from him now. I would recommend him to anyone!
