Called and left a voicemail supposedly that I have no record of on my phone after making me take my 4th round of antibiotics as a result of the test they had me do for my appointment. Tried to say they told me to get lab work done AGAIN even though it was completed once already due to the issue I was trying to be seen for, even though I didn’t hear anyone say that at all (got two different calls so I tried to call back and confirm.) I scheduled an appointment with Dr David C Wilks MD 65 days in advance. I received a call 7 days before my appointment to go have bloodwork done for my upcoming appointment. I went to have bloodwork done. I took the day off from work for my appointment. 1hr 30 minutes before my appointment I received a call from Dr Wilks MD office that he is canceling my appointment and I can reschedule 3 months out from my current appointment date. I feel this is unprofessional. As a new patient if I had canceled within a 24 hr appointment ... read more
