I used to get urinary tract infections frequently. Since seeing Dr. Wilks for the past 7 years I have only gotten two of them. He is the best. I also love his staff. From making appointments, to the care I received, I am thankful that I started being a patient of Dr. Wilks.

Doctors office was rude as can be. The appointment scheduler should not be working with people ever. She had an attitude and was not willing to listen to anything I said. Dr. Did a surgery on me and never talked to me or my family about what was done. Completely upset and disappointed. I had high hopes.

We never got to see the doctor, but the staff.... especially Viola ( I think was her name) was super rude, short and hung up on me mid conversation. I will NEVER set foot in that office and will recommend people NOT see him. If this is how his staff treats patients then what does that say for a physician.

I read several comments about Dr. Wilks after being referred him from my emergency visit. I must say that in my profession as an attorney I am usually very skeptical. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the office. The staff was incredible. Helen managed to squeeze me in given the emergent issues I had. Dr. Wilkes was professional, confident, incredibly thorough and had an excellent bedside manner. I have only good things to say about him and his office. Great physician.
