Dr. Seltzer fixed my allergies for good. His warm and caring staff made me comfortable throughout the entire experience. I couldn't be happier.

Person in front office is unprofessional, rude, and I don't feel comfortable.. She is rude, unhelpful and unfriendly to say the least. Have been there 3 times. Each time she awful to me and other patients. Have no idea how she still has a job. This is all within ear shot of Dr. And other staff. I Will change Dr.s As soon as I can find one. I will try to tell people not to go to him. I work for a Dr. In the area..

Was this doctor's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did this doctor answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this doctor friendly? Not at all Were handicap accommodations well done? No

David C. Seltzer is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. He is very rude. He was always screaming at me. He is does not care about his patients. He goes from room to room to see a scheduled patient. He does not return phone calls. First he practiced in Tarzana, CA, Then West Hills, CA and now he is in Santa Maria, I would think he would want to retire by now.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? This doctor did not listen to me...I know my body well, and he dismissed/ignored at least half of what I believe is relevant info. I decided to spend the time/money to go get a second opinion.

We were very happy with our visits to Dr. Selzer. He took time to explain and made sure my mother understood what was going on with her hearing problems. When my mom's issue got complicated, he didn't try to tackle it himself, he referred to another specialist that was able to clear the problem. My mother now has her hearing back. Thank you.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance.
