Every experience I had at this place was absolutely awful. I went here during my college time because Machias is absolutely awful for healthcare. Personally I did NOT see Rioux, but I saw other doctors in this exact facility. This was one of the only places open. First off they never got my insurance right after emailing them a photo of the card over 5 times. Then they finally said it was sent after i left, and i had to WALK to the doctors, so i wasnt even able to pay my co-pay in person as wanted. Second off they always see... read more
Dr. David Rioux totally misdiagnosed a stomach hernia I had as "just getting fat". He was very rude to me, insulted me (calling me fat) etc so I left his practice. Good luck.
