I was nervous about going back to seeing a St. Lukes provider due to past experiences. But I am so glad I ended up with Dr. Nielsen and his team. Scheduling was a breeze and they got me in quickly. The nurse was kind, and took her time with me making sure all my info was up to date and accurate. Dr. Nielsen was straight forward, and honest but WITHOUT making me feel crazy, judged, etc. He validated my symptoms and started us on a simple step by step game plan. He spent so much time with me.
