I would NEVER give my money to David Mussetter. I told him what I needed done, he said no problem, I need $1,500 with$1,000 down. I sent him $1,100 in 2011 and he would never answer the phone until I threatened to call the board of lawyers that investigate. Last year I finally hired someone else and got everything taken care of for another $1,500. I stopped in to ask him for my $$. Him nor his secretary knew who I was or had my record in his office. I have the utmost respect for this man. He has represented me several times. He has treated me with respect. He has always returned my phone calls in the last 10 years I have known him as an Attorney. I have recommended him to several people. Many years ago I even paid for him to represent a friend's daughter. I would still recommend the man. He conducts himself professionally as an Attorney should.

Does not care about his clients, never answers phone calls, is disrespectful, judgmental, and just plain rude. I would never recommend him to anyone.
