Technically he is ok. He is rude and cares little for his patients. Double books and then takes off and leaves his patients waiting indefinitely. His staff makes many mistakes i.e. wrong medicines, wrong instructions, poor attitude all around. If you haven't started the process, go somewhere else.
Both Dr. Moverman and Dr. Chen spent very little time and exhausted very little effort in examining my eyes. It wasn't until I saw my optometrist that I was informed of a PVD in my left eye causing an increase in my floaters. I am genuinely upset and will be looking for an ophthalmologist interested in their patients.
