I have been going to Dave for many, many years as did my parents before they passed. He is always courteous and professional . He cares about his clients and does all he can to give them every legal advantage. I have even encouraged others to go there. They couldn't believe that a professional CPA has far more favorable fees than your local "train-them-in-a-month-and-let-them-do-tax-returns" places. He staff is wonderful as well! After over 20 years of services here I was baffled by the staff and services. Never got any calls from Dave about other options for filing. Most questions were answered by the secretary Rose who was guessing at my questions. That’s great, guess. Second after being handed returns to mail out I was told the fee to file. I asked Rose to invoice me, mind you this is last day to file and I was rushing in to sign and file. She said ok that’s what they will do. NEXT day April 16 I get a voicemail that they are not filing my return ... read more
