My dad lost total vision in 1 eye, which might have been eventually inevitable but it was tragic the way this office failed him. Even on the day he went in because the pain was unbearable, dr was “in vacation” and didn’t leave any emergency doctors and told my dad to go to the ER. A different eye care facility was able to take my dad the day he walked in and perform emergency necessary surgery.
