I gave Ludwig one star because I don't know if negative stars can be given. He's a jerk. He rushed my appointment and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my ailments. He hurt me during his "examination." I don't believe that he could have given any less of a shit about me. I got the feeling that I was bothering him. As I was leaving, he had the balls to admonish me about my facial covering which is/was a full face shield. He said that my mask doesn't do anything and that I couldn't see out of it.
