I never have to wait more than 1 minutes in the waiting room. Dr lotfice takes his time to listen. He gives me options and choices on what best and always if if thats the route i want to take.
It is so nice to have a doctor who listens to his patients. Dr. Loftice is always upbeat and straight forward with is exams. I takes the time to answer his patient's questions and concerns. Everytime I go in I'm treated like family. Everyone has a smile on their faces. He is the 1st doctor to actually listen to what i feel and helps me understand better when i need the knowledge.
The office staff and Dr. Loftice were very helpful and friendly. Doctor Loftice took the time to answer all my questions, and he asked about my family's medical history, my medical history and if I had any specific medical issues I was concerned about. I felt the Doctor was genuinely concerned and focused on my health.
My appointment with Dr Loftice was a very nice experience. Dr Loftice is very caring and compassionate and listened to my questions and concerns. Because I am also under treatment by specialists for specific medical conditions, Dr Loftice has pulled copies of those medical records and medications I am taking so that he can stay informed on how those treatments are going.
