Dr. Lipp contacted me for my phone appointment. He was immensely rude from the beginning of the call. He was disgustingly condescending. He would ask me a question and cut me off before I could even finish one sentence, which happened numerous times. He showed no empathy or even the slightest interest to what I had to say.
