Dr. David Leiber was dismissive, rude and cut off my appointment because he doesn't take of women patients. This appointment had been scheduled for months for a very serious Bladder condition, He had all of my records from my primary care Physician.The office knew I was FEMALE! He told me he doesn't treat women and was RUDE. Sent me on my way with no testing, No note taking of the appointment, I was not allowed to finish my papers work and was sent away with nothing. NO referral to another Dr. handed me some catheters ( I have no idea how to use or training) Basically told me to leave WORST DR EVER.
Dr Leiber is a great doctor. Unfortunately he staffs terrible employees. I have been trying to get a call back for over a week. Our concerns are very apparently none of theirs.
Performed a prostatectomy on me a couple of years ago. Very, very competent and experienced with the DaVinci machine. Procedure went well despite encountering some surprising internal conditions. I've no regrets in trusting him to perform this surgery on me. Takes months to get an appointment with him, but I can't blame him for that.
My wife had a kidney stone after 5 days of pain and having to be removed from Medication to help pass the stone he wanted to just send her home and let it pass with no meds and told us twice he did not have time for this. After calling and voicing concern with this to Springfield Clinic we received a letter that we are not allowed to see anyone in that department again and need to find a new urologist. He treated us horribly the whole time.
Outstanding bedside manner and very personable and knowledgeable in his field. Came in on his day off to do my operation! Highly recommend him!
Diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. Tumor very near blood supply. Options explained very well to me. Dr. Lieber performed 3 hour procedure, using Da Vinci. Saved majority of kidney while removing all of tumor. Dr. Lieber's skill, concern, and expertise enabled me to recover quickly with minimal pain, compared to standard surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Lieber and his team. Excellent surgeon, very approachable, skilled at modern surgery techniques!
