My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe relaxing environment, to make you feel comfortable as you seek to approach aspects of your life which you have found to be out of balance. After I've gotten a sense of what is going on in a relationship, we move into the invisible dynamics going on, the communication patterns and judgments they have passed toward each other over years. With young children, Play Therapy allows them to "play out" inner conflicts so we can "go there" together.
