Dr. Karli is extremely competent, kind, and honest. His superb reputation in the Vail community is well deserved.
Dr. Evans and his staff provided me with more information and answers in 1 visit than I had received in several visits to other clinics. They are efficient yet very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Their professionalism and respect have been unmatched in my experience and they always know what to say to provide encouragement and support. All of this combined with their exceptional MRI imaging make them the best in the business.
Dr Evans, Works with me on a continual basis to keep my pain level under control and to prolong the time before I have to go under the scalpel again. He refuses to give up and is willing to try different treatment options until we find something that works. He is also very cautious to prescribe opioids to treat pain and always has his patient’s best interest in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Evans and his entire staff.
Dr. Karli is exceptional. I have had a severe back issue for several years. The doctor has gone way above and beyond to help with my treatment. I would 100% recommend Dr. Karli.
Dr. Evans is very professional doctor he goes out of his way to help you. If it wasn't for doctor Evans I'd be miserable he is the best. His office staff is great.
Dr. Karli is a gifted, compassionate physician. He is conservative and does all he can to help patients avoid surgery, but recognizes when it is needed. I have very complex spine issues and most of my spine is fused. I have been seeing Dr. Karli since late 2004 (after I had had 5 spine surgeries before moving here) and he has helped me avoid further surgeries and has kept me functional to the point that I am able to play tennis and golf, ski, and road bike. I highly recommend Dr. Karli.
Pain management is a tricky field especially since pain is subjective. Dr. Evans fails to recognize individual patients have different pain based on his on biases. He fails to get to know patients' pain and prescribes compounds that do absolutely nothing along with injections. He feels injections are the only solution to pain management. He often keeps patients waiting for 1+ hours and doesn't spend the time necessary to get to know his patients. This attitude is shared by his office.
Dr. Evans came highly recommend by a couple of his patients who are friends of mine. He exceeded expectations.
Excellent description of procedure, post-procedure protocols and range of potential results. Confident, but does not over-sell the treatment.
