From the moment I began my treatments with Dr. Evans and his exceptional team, I've consistently been met with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Not only have they demonstrated an in-depth understanding of their field, but they've also successfully alleviated my back pain, something I am deeply grateful for. Their approach is compassionate, effective, and tailored to individual needs. For anyone in search of pain management solutions, I cannot recommend Dr. Evans highly enough. He and his team are truly top-notch.
I was referred to Dr. Evans for c-spine ablation in June of this year. I was very happy with my experience. I had three visits/procedures with him and his team and they did a great job, until it came to the follow-up portion. The procedure offered about 2 1/2 months of relief and I wanted to reschedule another ablation. Unfortunately, Dr. Evans does not offer telehealth appointments. Due to a severe chronic pain issue, I had to see Dr. Evans for an extended period of months. He worked diligently to find a way to control the pain. Am very grateful for his help.

Dr Karli stays current on the research for spinal problems. He is highly experienced. I admire his intellect and talent. I trust him fully and have been seeing him for several years. Susan in the office is very accessible, and professional, and responds to calls in a very short time frame. She is compassionate and dedicated to seeing that patients get the care they need in a timely manner.
On 7/14/21 Dr. Evans terminated treating me due to what he said was a patient over load. On that day I refused a platelet procedure that I don’t believe in. This is a procedure is not covered by insurance and cost $5,000-$7,000 out of pocket and goes directly to the doctor. I found Evans to be abrupt and unkind. He clearly didn’t care about me. I ended up with Dr. Anderson in Aspen, who is the most caring doctor I’ve ever been to. So, thanks Thos, for kicking me out. I had a great landing!
I have received the best care from Thos Evans, MD. He is a true pro as are the facilities, & all of the team. I am very grateful to have him in my corner while I try to fight this battle with CRPS. Having access to Howard Head Physical Therapy is also a plus.
Saw Dr. Karli for a bad sciatic flareup. Really appreciate his kind manner and his knowledgable approach to conservative treatment. He was patient, interested, listened and did not direct me to any advanced treatments.I would highly recommend Dr. Karli.
