Oh wow! I don't even know where to start. I had been dealing with what i KNEW was a hernia for over 2 years and from my PCP and gynecologist, 2 ultra sounds, a ct scan and MRI, no one would believe me. I got a referral to UCLA and saw a new gynecologist who definitively said I had a hernia in our first meeting and referred me to Dr. Chen. Dr. David Chen changed my life for the better. He performed my inguinal hernia surgery after my hernia had recurred from a failed operation with a different surgeon. I was in horrific pain on a daily basis, but it has been a few years since my surgery with Dr. Chen and I still feel as good as new. Thanks Doc!

Easily the best general surgeon I have ever been treated by. He has extreme patience and attentiveness of his patients needs. Staff is very friendly. He replaced my mesh and I had instant relief within days. Very highly recommend.
