Our concerns began 2 years ago with Dr. Perry Sutaria, whose bedside manner felt abrupt and dismissive. Hoping for a better experience, we later transferred to Dr. David Chaikin, but found similar challenges. He did not fully address my mother’s pain, when she asked questions about his prescribed therapy, he seemed impatient rather than supportive.
