I found Doctor Bell to be very receptive to our conversation. I appreciate the way he listened to my sometimes lengthy answers. He also ordered some routine tests to gauge my health, I appreciate his thoroughness.
My experience was over the top patient friendly from the front desk , nurses and Technology employees. Right to Dr. Bell , the professional jackpot - Dr. Bell heard me and took prompt action on my behalf. He is a rare gem. Many girl friends use him too. We travel over an hour one way.
I had a new pt appt that had to be cancelled. The scheduling tech over talked me and hung up in my face. Not sure if that’s the standard treatment for his patients but I thought she was very rude.
