Tried multiple times to schedule an appointment. First his office confirmed they took my insurance. The receptionist did everything she could to prevent me from scheduling an appointment. Finally she told me that the office no longer accepts my insurance even though I confirmed it less than two weeks ago.
My experience with Dr. Awerbuck has been positive. My previous ENT became a concierge-type doctor. I will need him for all three areas: ear, nose, and throat. I am a sleep apnea patient whose nose and throat occasionally needs medical help. My most recent need was the removal of ear wax in both of my ears. He wasted no time and I was pleased with the outcome. I recommend him for your medical needs.
