Terrible patient experience with my 88 Year old elderly mother. Terrible pain & no concern for her cries in pain!!! I'm mortified she had to deal with his terrible patient experience manner!! I've transferred her to Pittsburgh ENT now getting fabulous patient experience and relief!!!

Only referred me to Pittsburgh but when they scheduled it the appointment is not until February of 2024 and I repeatedly told them I was in pain so bad that I wanted to cry and that there was no one closer but luckily with the help of my insurance she gave me a number to one that is right up the road from me
I waited an hour for my daughters appointment and felt rushed when she was finally seen. What he told me was different from what the receptionist/scheduling person told me and I asked if I could talk to him for clarification. He yelled at me! I would never go back to that office. Had everything taken care of promptly and professionally with another doctor.
